Podobn\u00e9 jsou pom\u011bry v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, kde se v\u0161ak poda\u0159ilo vytvo\u0159it mo\u017enosti zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed v\u00fdstavbou p\u0159ehrad. V regionu Horn\u00edho Polab\u00ed\/V\u00fdchodn\u00edho Kru\u0161noho\u0159\u00ed, kde nen\u00ed stavba p\u0159ehrad na Labi mo\u017en\u00e1, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 pomoc\u00ed \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed zajistit t\u011bch n\u011bkolik m\u00e1lo vhodn\u00fdch ploch pro znovuz\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed a zachovat je pro kompenza\u010dn\u00ed a zlep\u0161ovac\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V r\u00e1mci projektu EU CROSS DATA vypracoval Svaz pro region\u00e1ln\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed ji\u017e p\u0159edlo\u017een\u00e9 vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 zkoum\u00e1n\u00ed ohledn\u011b mo\u017en\u00fdch kompenza\u010dn\u00edch opat\u0159en\u00ed pro vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed v \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed. Byla vytvo\u0159ena dokumentace ke ka\u017ed\u00e9 plo\u0161e, kter\u00e9 se opat\u0159en\u00ed t\u00fdk\u00e1, ve kter\u00e9 jsou pops\u00e1ny oblasti a je zobrazena mapa a leteck\u00fd sn\u00edmek. Pot\u00e9 byly plochy porovn\u00e1ny s \u00fazemn\u00edm pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00edm s\u00eddeln\u00edch \u00fatvar\u016f obc\u00ed, aby se zjistilo, kde jsou ji\u017e pl\u00e1ny z\u00e1stavby \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 nebo se tvo\u0159\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho bylo prov\u011b\u0159eno, kter\u00e9 plochy jsou ji\u017e nyn\u00ed v region\u00e1ln\u00edm pl\u00e1nu zaji\u0161t\u011bny jako prioritn\u00ed oblasti \u010di vyhrazen\u00e9 oblasti pro ochranu proti povodn\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Jako dal\u0161\u00ed krok se konalo sly\u0161en\u00ed Zemsk\u00e9 spr\u00e1vy \u00fadoln\u00edch p\u0159ehrad Saska, Zemsk\u00e9ho \u0159editelstv\u00ed Saska a Vodn\u00edch \u00fa\u0159ad\u016f okres\u016f M\u00ed\u0161e\u0148, Sask\u00e9 \u0160v\u00fdcarsko-V\u00fdchodn\u00ed Kru\u0161noho\u0159\u00ed a zemsk\u00e9ho hlavn\u00edho m\u011bsta Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fany k ploch\u00e1m opat\u0159en\u00ed, ze kter\u00e9ho vyplynulo, \u017ee z odborn\u00e9ho vodohospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9ho hlediska nelze v\u0161echna dokumentovan\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed doporu\u010dit k realizaci.<\/p>\n<p>V pr\u016fb\u011bhu projektu se nav\u00edc uk\u00e1zala pot\u0159eba pr\u00e1vn\u011b vyjasnit, co se konkr\u00e9tn\u011b rozum\u00ed pod pojmem &#8222;z\u00e1dr\u017en\u00fd prostor pro p\u0159\u00edpad povodn\u00ed&#8220; a jak\u00e9 po\u017eadavky mus\u00ed b\u00fdt spln\u011bny, aby bylo mo\u017eno plochy pro znovuz\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed stanovit v region\u00e1ln\u00edm pl\u00e1nu s pr\u00e1vn\u00ed jistotou jako prioritn\u00ed \u00fazem\u00ed a tak je vyjmout z budouc\u00edho stavebn\u00edho vyu\u017eit\u00ed. Jeden n\u011bmeck\u00fd a jeden \u010desk\u00fd v\u00fdzkumn\u00fd \u00fastav k tomuto t\u00e9matu vypracovaly v \u00fazk\u00e9 spolupr\u00e1ci posudek, kter\u00fd osv\u011btluje pr\u00e1vn\u00ed situaci jak na sask\u00e9 tak i na \u010desk\u00e9 stran\u011b (Institut pro ekologick\u00fd \u00fazemn\u00ed rozvoj Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fany, \u00dastav \u00fazemn\u00edho rozvoje Brno). V b\u0159eznu 2013 se v Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fanech k tomuto z\u00e1m\u011bru konal za podpory Sask\u00e9ho zemsk\u00e9ho \u00fa\u0159adu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed, zem\u011bd\u011blstv\u00ed a geologie n\u011bmecko-\u010desk\u00fd workshop.<\/p>\n<p>Plochy vypl\u00fdvaj\u00edc\u00ed z uveden\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch krok\u016f budou zobrazeny v nov\u00e9m informa\u010dn\u00edm syst\u00e9mu pro \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed. Z\u00e1jemci se tak budou moci informovat na internetu o ploch\u00e1ch pro kompenzaci a znovuz\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed. Nav\u00edc maj\u00ed b\u00fdt vhodn\u00e9 plochy p\u0159i aktualizaci \u00fazemn\u00edho pl\u00e1nu, kter\u00e1 m\u00e1 dle o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed za\u010d\u00edt v \u010dervenci 2013, zabezpe\u010deny pro \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n<\/div><\/p><\/div><\/div><!--close column table wrapper. Stavebn\u00ed z\u00e1kon ur\u010duje povinnost pravideln\u00e9 aktualizace PsGE (princip\u016f rozvoje \u00fazem\u00ed???).<\/p>\n<p>Krajsk\u00fd \u00fa\u0159ad Karlovarsk\u00e9ho kraje, odbor region\u00e1ln\u00edho rozvoje, vytv\u00e1\u0159\u00ed studie ur\u010dit\u00fdch oblast\u00ed, kter\u00e9 pak jsou vhodn\u00e9 pro aktualizaci princip\u016f rozvoje \u00fazem\u00ed (podklady pro \u00fazemn\u00ed pl\u00e1nov\u00e1n\u00ed). Z \u00dazemn\u00ed studie horsk\u00fdch oblast\u00ed jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1ny d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 podn\u011bty pro aktualizaci princip\u016f rozvoje \u00fazem\u00ed,
